P84 Filter Bag is a kind of flame retardant, temperature-resistant fiber filter material. Under the condition of 240 Celsius, the mechanical properties of P84 polyimide fiber filter material will not change, and the highest temperature resistance can reach 260 Celsius.
P84 polyimide needle felts are excellent high temperature filter media in terms of performance, generally surpassing the other standard media with the exception of PTFE.
P84 fiber filter material has no melting point temperature and is naturally golden yellow. The P84 polyimide fiber filter material is not a hygroscopic fiber filter (about 3% water absorption at 65% relative humidity).
In addition, since the P84 fiber is a profiled (leaf-type) cross-section structure with a large filtration surface area and excellent filtration performance, P84 fiber is often implanted on the surface of the filter material to improve the filtration performance of the filter material.
