ECOGRACE filter materials use various needle, sewing and high frequency, form the three-dimensional highly fluffy three-dimensional depth, twists and turns of filter layer. Its characteristic is loose fibrous tissue increasing the capacity of impurity loads.
Effectively remove solid and soft particles, the larger particles are trapped in the fiber surface, the smaller particles are trapped in deep layer of filter material, ensure that will not be damaged by increasing pressure during use, has higher filtration efficiency; in addition, the out surface of product is treated by high temperature, that's using instant sintering technique and calendar treatment, it effectively prevent the fiber loss by liquid high-speed impact.
Not only ensure no fiber loss causing filter liquid pollution phenomenon, but also avoid the traditional roller processing causing filter hole block and shorten the life of Filter Bag, and small differential pressure does not affect the flow speed. It is easy to clean, can be used repeatedly, is suitable for high content of impurities in filter liquid, and reduce the filter cost.
