Product Description PPS non-woven needled felt has excellent resistance to chemical and good hydrolysis stability. The property makes it to be the best choice of the filtration material for the industry condition with abnormal dew point. It can long-term work under the temperature of 190℃ and can short term stand up to 220℃. Compared with aromatic polyamide fiber, it has better hydrolysis stability. The strength if fiber will not reduce even in 160℃ and 79% of relative humidity conditions for 500 hours. But its antioxidant ability is bad, therefore, it is particularly important to know the actual temperature, oxygen content NOX content in order to ensure the longer using life the product must have the special treatment if dipping and size-fixing at high temperature. It is also needed to suggest the working temperature at the range of 145℃~160℃ to ensure the optimum operation. The material is the best choice for the application of bag-mode dust catcher for the domestic coal-fired boilers.
