Linear screen cloth introduction
The 2-shed and 3-shed Polyester plain Mesh/Plain woven Belt/Linear screen Cloth is mainly used in special lines of paper making industry, such as paper pulps making, packing and liner cardboard making etc.
Also could be used in high density board making, food drying, sludge dehydration equipments, concentrate and other filtration industries.
It have the characteristics of tear-resistance, shrink-resistance, high tempreture resistance and abrasion resistance etc.
Plain weave woven fabric Characteristics
1. Resistant to Abrasion, Acid, High temperature, Tear, Shrink etc
2. Safe for food processing applications(UFDA Certificate)
3. Very durable long lasting media for extended life.
4. Working temperature:+150°C to -75°C in dry conditions.70°C+ in wet conditions(polyester can suffer from hydrolysis in hot,humid conditions,typically in the presence of steam)
5. Excellent chemical,thermal and high permeability for ease of cleaning
6. The nature of polyester belting is such that it offers a very durable long lasting media for extended life
7. Strong polyester fibers provide excellent stability.
